As a graduate of The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a certified trainer, I hold specialized certifications in Movement Efficiency Training, Kettlebell Training, and bodyweight suspension training. Additionally, my lifelong practice in martial arts has deeply influenced my approach, integrating discipline, strength, agility, and mindfulness into every aspect of training.
